Who set each one up, and where does it run: someone's laptop, a personal account, a SaaS tool, or our own server? 3. Has each one been changed since it was built, and is there a copy of the prompts and settings anywhere? 4. What happens when it fails, and who finds out? Then rate every automation from 1 to 5 for "keeps working without its author", explain each rating in one sentence, and list the three fixes with the best payoff. Do not recommend vendors.

Yes. We build on your accounts and your infrastructure: your servers, your cloud tenant or a machine in your office. Model calls go to the provider you choose, and we can use a model hosted on your own hardware when the data requires it. Nothing is hosted by us unless you ask.
Each engagement is a fixed price agreed in writing before we start, sized to the process. The first 30-minute look is free. We do not list prices because a process with two integrations and a process with nine are different jobs; you will have the number before you decide anything.
That is fine. Our published app is for Slack, and that is where we learned to keep a bot useful instead of noisy. The automations we build for operations teams run through email, your existing systems and your files; a Teams surface is scoped per project when you want one.
The one that fits the job and your data rules: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or an open-weight model on your hardware. We do not resell seats and we build so that switching models is a configuration change, not a rewrite.
